What gets deleted
Your profile, email address and phone number, your identity documents, your saved searches, bookmarks and likes, your messages, and the listings you published.
What we have to keep
Payment and tax records for 5 years, because the law requires it. Records of a tenancy that is still running or still disputed, because they belong to the other side of that agreement too. And this request itself â an address, a date and an outcome â for 2 years, so we can show it was honoured.

This cannot be undone
Once it is done there is no way to bring the account back. If you only want to stop hearing from us, turn notifications off in your profile instead.
